I took the lens off of the front of my SLR and replaced it with a piece of cardboard with a tiny piece of tin (from a soda can) in the center, which had a small pinhole in the middle. With this setup I was able to create digital pinhole photographs.
The pinhole camera setup for photographing the swiss army knife. I later added more black construction paper, black fabric, and most of a cardboard box to help keep light out of the sides -- this really greatly improved my images in both their color and their contrast. |
